In Winter 41/42 gave up 4. and 8./215, and now had 8 batteries. In 1944 had 7 batteries. In 1945 defended Pillau, and was destroyed there 4.45.

Reformed 3.41 in Aurich for Memel, and moved to Memel 4.41 with 7 companies.Disbanded 12.41 at the companies were divided between Marine-Flak-Abteilung 710 (becoming Stab, 4 and 6/710), 219 (becoming 4 and 6/219), 229 (3./229)and 707 (5. as le. Bttr. Memel). Subordinated to Küstenbefehlshaberöstliche Ostsee.

Reformed again 8.42 in Zeven for Memel with 7 companies. 1.45 foughtits way back to Pillau, and was disbanded 2.45. Subordinated to Küstenbefehlshaberöstliche (later mittlere) Ostsee, and 1944 Seekdt. Ostpreussen.

Formed 2.40 in Gotenhafen with 3 companies. 1941, 9 companies. In 12.41,4. and 5./219 were transferred to 710, and were replaced from parts of 217. In 1942 increased to 21 batteries from parts of 221, 229, 239 and MAA119 (two batteries were, however, at once transferred to 720). In 12.42 divided into Marine-Flak-Abteilung 219 and 259, the 219 now with 6 batteries(1-4, 6 and 7). 1944 8 batteries (1-7 and 9). Disbanded 4.45 after the loss of Gotenhafen.
