Subordinated to Seekdt. Bretagne.

Formed 10.39 in Pillau from Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung V. Disbanded 1.40. Controlled the following units:

  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 115 in Pillau
  • Marine-Flak-Abteilung 215 in Pillau
  • Marine-Flak-Abteilung 225 in Pillau
  • Subordinated to Küstenbefehlshaber östliche Ostsee.

    Formed 11.44 in Libau from Kommandant der Seeverteidigung (Seekdt.) Estland. Controlled the following units:

  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 530 in Windau
  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 532 at the Irben estuary
  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 534 in Libau
  • Subordinated to Seekdt. Lettland

    Formed 5.40 in Den Haag. In June 1940 became Marine Befehlshaber in den Niederlanden. Controlled the following units:

    Formed 5.40 in Le Coq de Haen. In June 1940 became Kommandant der Seefront Normandie. Controlled the following units:

  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 206 in Blankenberghe

    Formed 5.40 in Wilhelmshaven for use in Boulogne. In July 1940 became Kommandant der Seefront Pas de Calais. Controlled the following units:

  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 242 in Calais
  • Marine-Artillerie-Abteilung 244 in Calais
  • Subordinated to Küstenbefehlshaber Nordfrankreich.
