Formed 10.2.45 in Denmark from parts of
233.Reserve Panzer-Division (all the motorised parts).
Heavy losses in the Kolberg area, and the remnants were absorbed by
the 18.Panzergrenadier-Division on 3/26/45, while
the Stab (HQ) was used to form Panzer-Division Clausewitz on 4/6/45 at
Lauenburg.
