179.Panzer-Division (Reserve)
History Formed as the 179.Panzer-Division from the 179.Infanterie-Division (mot) in April, 1943, and then renamed as the 179.Panzer-Division (Reserve) in July, 1943.

Reformed into the 116.Panzer-Division along with the 16.Panzergrenadier-Division in March, 1944.
