Formed 11.44 in Husum, as Regimental HQ only, with the following units:

On 2.06.45, unit was attached to Kampfgruppe Marienburg. Not mentioned again after that date, fate unknown. Served under Marine-Schützen-Brigade Nord, and from 1.45, served as an independent unit.
