Formed August 10th, 1944, from the 51.SS-Panzergrenadier-Brigade.
Disbanded on September 9th, 1944, after combat in the region of Champagne,
and was absorbed by the 17.SS-Panzergrenadier-Division
Götz von Berlichingen. The Brigade became Panzer-Division in name
only, and the conversion to Division never began. |
